Oh my gosh, I am blown away by my experience with Axelrod. First, they were so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of my car being repaired, with proactive communication throughout the whole process, keeping me informed if we were still on track for the initial expected date of completion… then they finished a week and a half early. The whole side of my car needed to be repaired, including tires and rims, and it looks great. Second, when I got inside, it smelt like the day I drove it off the lot; I think they even detailed it! Sparkling inside and out! So satisfied with my experience and impressed with the team; while I hope not to need a collision center any time soon, if I do, I certainly will return! Thank you!!!
